Solution Tools are a collection of tools that you can use with your Visual Studio Solutions and projects.

Turns out, this project was just a big waste of effort - use Project Linker instead! I'm leaving this project as up, as an example on how to update Visual Studio project files.

Anyway, if you wish to learn how to programmatically alter Visual Studio project files, there are some hints in this project.
